Position Responsibilities: · Manage all day-to-day operations. · Eliminating wasteful practices and improving efficiency. · Identified value processes. Introduce flow and pull. · Training on the use of machines and wood fabrication techniques. · Employee meetings and ensure that staff adhere to safety and standard operating procedures. · Oversee all employees, machines and the shop to ensure safety. · Monitor employees and production performance and procedures. · Daily auditing of staff in completing production quotas. · Ensure the quality of products. · Oversee machines for proper operation, safety and maintenance.
