SUMMARY


This position is responsible for supervising the Account Management department as well as a portfolio of customers. The Account Manager Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a team of 3-7 Account Managers that maintain communication with customers for the purposes of quoting, accurate completion of orders within the given time frame, shipping quotes and prompt & efficient problem resolution.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the list below. Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

  • Provide leadership, direction, and feedback to Account Management Team.

  • Oversight of training to new Account Managers and ongoing training with existing team.

  • Communicate department needs and challenges with the management team.

  • Oversight of employee attendance & performance.

  • Work in tandem with the CAD Supervisor to ensure efficient and clear communication with customers.

  • Provide regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to management team.

  • Manage workload of Account Management team in tandem with department manager.

  • Work with sales consultant and all required departments.

  • Manage ­­­the quote and order creation process within the client provided deadlines.

  • Review and verify sales agreements and supplied documents including quotes, timelines, shipping, approvals, and deposits.

  • Ensure that all information entered in ERP is accurate and details are provided.

  • Collect deposits, based on terms, on orders before sending to production department.

  • Confirm schedule for product pickup date and time.

  • Provide an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

  • Attend departmental meetings and provide accurate reporting.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience –proficiency in leading a team

  • Experience with customer service

  • Proficiency in training and onboarding new employees

  • Basic understanding of the exhibition industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job

  • Ability to work in multiple computer systems and programs including MS Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • 1-2 domestic business trip per year may be required
