Account Manager:

We are growing and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. We are a leader in the event industry including the design and build of beautiful exhibits, experiential marketing and environmental spaces. We utilized innovative technology to create vibrant spaces where people interface with the world’s best brands. All manifested from our Fremont, California location. We are looking for top individuals to join a high-performance, tight-knit team of Account Managers in a dynamic environment.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing projects from the minute it’s sold through production to the tradeshow or event and finally post-event activities. Account Managers work side-by-side with a designated Account Executive in the Sales Department in producing sales contracts, generating and monitoring project schedules, securing event services, and liaising with clients. Account Managers work closely with Project Managers and/or Executive Producers to ensure all details of projects are accomplished with respect to delivery and cost containment.
Responsibilities
·Develops, executes and maintains project schedule.
· Responsible for correspondence and ensure delivery.
· Secures and records contracts.
· Acts as an active member of project teams with Account Executive, Executive Producer, Creative Director, Project Manager, Designer including participating in kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverable’s and pertinent details.
· Ensures project team meets requirements.
· Acts as liaison to client, fulfilling requests, adjusting requirements as appropriate, records changes.
· Audits job costs files, labor tickets, ensures invoices are correct, processed and final is submitted to client for payment.
· Performs other duties in support of client services.
· Manages client files.
Qualifications
. Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 3 year trade show, exhibit, events or related experience.
· Knowledge of tradeshow/event operations and procedures.
· PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web (ExhibitForce software a plus)
· Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
· Team-oriented and positive attitude a must.
· Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines.
· Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution skills.
