This is a summary outline of the responsibilities required for the Account Manager. This description may be modified as determined appropriate to meet changing business needs.

Tasks / activities/ responsibilities Actively pursue leads, prospect potential clients, and reinforce Company client partnerships Identify selling opportunities by aligning initiatives and proposals to current clients’ and potential clients’ strategic imperatives Evaluate sales opportunities, and makes critical decisions about the core value of the potential business.

Lead the development of all pitches, capabilities presentations, strategic and tactical ideas, and written proposals. Work with clients’ executives and managers (i.e., brand, project and training) to ensure understanding of goals and strategic imperatives. Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements, purchase or task orders. Seek Management’s input and approval of non-standard terms Co-ordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers and members developing client specific plans of action and ensuring quality execution of projects. Utilize, follow up and relationship building strategies to ensure frequent client interaction. Ability to achieve and / or exceed sales goals.

Communicate and develop rapport with prospective customers and close sales, establish consultative relationships with key executives of the targeted companies to create a long-term pipeline of top targets. Attend sales and marketing events, trade shows and conferences

Requirements:- Proven sales experience in the trade show / exhibit / event / B2B sales Ability to conceptualize and create opportunities for growth. Ability to effectively build and manage a sales pipeline market research, cold calling, appointment setting, strategic networking and closing new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals. Managing projects, energizing teammates, building consensus and communicating strategic concepts and expectations. Writing, verbal and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills PC skills to successfully perform the selling, planning, and reporting responsibilities. Demonstrated skill at being pro-active, detail and goal-oriented, customer focused and responsive to multiple simultaneous occurring projects or activities. Proven success record utilizing innovative sales strategies. Effective negotiation and closing techniques. Strong prospecting and sales cycle management skills. Demonstrated track record in sales and new client generation. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client’s needs. Ability to accommodate occasional travel
