Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. We are currently seeking candidates in and around the Las Vegas, Nevada and Orlando, Florida cities.


The products sold are:


1. I&D Labor and Labor Management Services

2. General Contracting at the Hotel and Convention Venues

3. Audio Visual

4. Corporate Events and Conferences


Responsibilities:

· Develop sales leads, with strong focus on seeking new business.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Track and record metrics throughout the sales process using the company CRM system.

· Meet and exceed financial targets.

· Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

· Travel regularly for sales meetings, tradeshows and events and for corporate office meetings.


Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years working in a sales position, preferably in the Events and Tradeshows industries.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Proficiency with CRM system and Microsoft office.

· Strong computer skills for online and in-person presentations.

· Ability to develop an idea into a creative strategy, find a sales solutions for opportunities during conversations and be a resource.

· Must be able to work independently and be accountable to expectations.

We offer a strong compensation and benefit package based on the overall experience in the products noted above. Candidates with Tradeshow Exhibit Experience, Event Experience and Hotel/Venue Large Event Planning and experience will be the only candidates considered for this role.
