Sales - Account Director for a Tradeshow Company (Las Vegas, NV)

Exhibit Options located in Las Vegas, NV with headquarters in Cerritos, CA is looking for experienced Account Directors that can open doors and find new opportunities, via networking, referrals, Agency relationships and developing marketing leads.

The Account Director is responsible for managing and growing a client base, coordinating with project teams, and delivering successful client programs. The focus of the Account Director will be on long-term innovative strategies to improve client programs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and across all industries, understanding their business and marketing initiatives to provide effective solutions. Build trust and loyalty to ensure client needs are listened to, understood, and responded to in a timely way.

• Communicate clearly to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status.

• Strategize and collaborate with the Estimating and Creative departments to prepare RFPs, RFIs, and presentations.

• Develop new business opportunities within established accounts as well as prospect entirely new business.

• Properly maintain CRM.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years exhibit, event, or experiential industry experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Account management skills: accountability for results, client focus, team effectiveness, and sales drive.

• Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and deadlines.

• Travel as requested.
